If numbers allow, you will be called forward to attend an induction course with other potential new members.
If you are successful in securing a place in DDMFC you must have taken and passed the BMFA RCC test before becoming a member of DDMFC. Please note it is your responsibility to upload your RCC certificate to your BMFA portal, any problems please contact us and we can upload it for you.

An induction course or meet and greet is held on a Sunday morning in March/April depending on the aftermath of the winter weather. This is the only time we accept new members and is a mandatory attendance if you are seeking membership to DDMFC.
Darlington and District Model Flying Club have a capped membership which has been in operation since 2008.
BMFA 'A' Licence and RCC is a mandatory requirement to fly solo at DDMFC.
The DDMFC Joining fee is £100.00 with an annual fee of £55.00
Juniors under 18 have a free joining fee but pay an annual fee of £55.00
